We pride ourselves on working to high standards, we consider the impact our work has on wildlife and slip easily into PR mode when we meet people out there in the woods.

Qualifications: All staff is qualified in chainsaw operations relevant to thinning operations. For arboricultural work we recruit colleagues in the business who we know won’t let us down. All staff has First Aid at Work certificates.

Small scale operations, specialising in management of broadleaf woodlands

Sensitive consideration given to wildlife and amenity values

Previous clients include Woodland Trust, Gateshead Countryside Department, and Privately owned woodlands

Extraction of timber by ATV and forwarding trailer leaves no ruts and far less obtrusive than conventional means, especially appropriate where there is public access.

Resulting hardwood timber used for own products wherever possible
